It is the mission of the Danny Legendre Memorial Fund to further enhance the opportunities for local elementary and high school students to participate in recreation and sports as a means of promoting character development, leadership, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle in loving memory of Danny Legendre.

History of the Danny Legendre Memorial Fund

What began as an annual golf tournament held in remembrance of Danny has blossomed into something even larger. We continue to be amazed by the generosity of those who have sponsored and participated in the tournament over the years. As a 501(c)(3) organization, the Danny Legendre Memorial Fund aims to fulfill the dreams of the young people in our community who do not have the means to do so themselves. It is in honor of Danny’s passion for sports and his kind, fun-loving nature that we carry out this goal.
